On Friday we did a STEM investigation. We compared how long bubbles would last using different volumes of soap solution. We tested 1,2,3 and 4 tablespoons in the same volume of water. Our results were very interesting. We took an average of 5 bubbles. The bubbles made using 1 spoon lasted on average 1 second. The bubbles with 2 spoons lasted 11 seconds. The bubbles with 3 spoons lasted 21 seconds and the bubbles with 4 spoons lasted 31 seconds. This showed that more soap liquid used produces longer lasting bubbles.
