Last week we made the most of the good weather and began preparing the soil for planting as well as planting some early crops. We received some seeds from Agriaware and also from Finn's mum Fiona. We planted potatoes, strawberries, lettuce, scallions, spinach, turnips and chives. We have set up a daily watering rota using water from our water butt as we found that the soil dried out very quickly last year in the polytunnel. We are looking forward to planting more seeds over the coming weeks.
