Last week we harvested some of the vegetables from our polytunnel. We had a great crop of potatoes and onions. We washed and prepared the vegetables and made potato wedges with caramelised onion on Friday. On Monday we made potato cakes using a traditional recipe with Ms. Fleming. We then wrote a step by step procedure on how to make potato bread. We're looking forward to eating some more of our vegetables. Our pumpkins and squash are doing well and should be ready in time for Halloween!
